June Hess Thomas

Mrs. June E. Hess Thomas, 63, a resident of Enterprise Road in Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, March 13, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital.
A memorial service for Mrs. Thomas will be conducted Sunday, March 28, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. at the Southside Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant with Reverend Danny Laster officiating. Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of the arrangements.
The Uniontown, Pennsylvania native was the daughter of Clyde and Dorothy Cales Hess of Adah, Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker, fulltime loving mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful member of the Southside Baptist Church. She was a 20 year survivor of breast cancer and active participant of Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
She is survived by a son, Martin Barbara Thomas of Murfreesboro, TN; two daughters, Roxann William ?Jo-Jo?Sanders of Mt. Pleasant, TN and Renee Mike Alexander of Smithfield, PA; three grandchildren, Crystal Lynn Thomas and Marty Thomas both of Murfreesboro, TN, and Nicole Fabery of Mt. Pleasant, TN; a great grandson, Drake McCauley of Murfreesboro, TN. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Allen Thomas.
