Juanita "Nita" D. Davidson

Juanita “Nita” D. Davidson, age 58, of Columbia, passed away at her residence on Saturday, May 2, 2015.

Nita was born on May 8, 1956 in Wayne County, Tennessee to Wilburn and Shirley Poole Davidson. She worked as a residential painter.

Nita is survived by her uncle: William (Coletta) Poole of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee; aunt: Alberta Casteel; several cousins; and friends: Eddie Baxter and Michael Greenfield; as well as life-long friend: Sharon Marlow. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wilburn and Shirley Poole Davidson; and her brother: Jerry Davidson.

Family and friends will gather for graveside services for Ms. Davidson on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Centerpoint Baptist Church Cemetery in Leoma, Tennessee with Bro. Bob Vassar officiating. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Glenn Davidson, Mike Mooningham, Robert Mooningham, Sr., Robert Mooningham, Jr., Danny Eastep and Jimmy Callahan will serve as pallbearers.
