Mr. Juan J. Ruvalcaba, 94, a resident of Murphy Lane in Columbia passed away on September 1, 2007 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Entombment will be in the San Fernando Mission Cemetery Mausoleum in Mission Hills, CA.
Born in Mexico, he was the son of the late, Sostenes and Margarita Jimenez Ruvalcaba and the widower of Maria De Jesus Salamanca Ruvalcaba. He was a laborer for Orange Groves in California and was of Catholic faith.
He is survived by his children: Juan S. Delia Ruvalcaba of Columbia, TN, Dolores Greg Delarroyo and Teresa Alfonso Montes both of California; grandchildren: Carmen David Baeza, Dolores Miramontes, Martin Rosita Miramontes, Maribel Miramontes, and Cynthia George Carlos of California, Eric Brandy Ruvalcaba of Columbia, TN, Angelica Montes, Patty Phillip Mendes, ; great-grandchildren: David Paul Baeza, Ryan, Adrian Miramontes, George Carlos, Jr., Katrina Marie Carlos and Isaiah Daniel Carlos all of California. He was preceded in death by one grandson: Alfonso Montes, Jr. of California.
Williams Funeral Home in Columbia will be in charge of the arrangements.
