Joyce Spence

With great sadness we mourn the passing of Joyce Spence of Columbia, Tennessee on June 6th, 2023, at the age of 80 years.

Joyce was born on August 18, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Joyce was a strong believer in God and was an amazing cook. She had more energy and interest in life than anyone we have ever known. She always sought out adventure and was an incredible matriarch. She always had kind advice and always saw the best in everyone.

Because her husband was an electrician for Ford, she was always up to date on the newest technology - iPads, video games, and cars. She also loved travelling, casinos, and card games. She was always up to date on movies, TV shows, and world news.

We will never forget the joy and positivity she brought into our lives.

 A celebration of life will be at St Catherine's church in Columbia on July 8th Saturday at 10:00 AM.
