Joyce Annette Nichols

Joyce “Annette” Spencer Nichols, age 85, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Monday, June 14th, 2021. She was born on March 29th, 1936 to the late William Harlan Spencer and Ethel Eugenia Spencer.

Annette loved the beauty of simplicity. She would spend much of her time gazing at her flowers in awe. She treasured the growth of her peonies and irises. She cherished her children and grandchildren and enjoyed talking with them on the phone for hours. Not only did she enjoy her phone time, but nothing is more meaningful to her than sharing a meal with her loved ones.

The visitation for Ms. Nichols will be Friday, June 18th, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Chapel. We will proceed to burial at Spencer Hill Cemetery.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents, and one son: Don Nichols.
She is survived by three sons: Steven Nichols, Timothy (Melody) Nichols, and Larry (Jennifer) Nichols; one daughter: Tina (Mike) Lindsey; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Nichols, Steve Nichols, Johnathon Nichols, Michael Nichols, Coty Bartley, and Shane Green.
