Mrs. Joy Viola Jackson passed away Saturday evening, December 8th, at NHC Hillview in Columbia,TN surrounded by her loving family.
Joy was born in Baldwinton,Saskatchewan,Canada on March 5,1932 to the late Andrew and Gertrude Culham. Joy and her late husband, Donald Jackson, lived with their family in BradfordWoods,PA for 45 years until their move to Pulaski,TN in 2011. Joy loved singing with her choir at Mt. Pleasant Church in PA and then was also a member of First Presbyterian Church in Pulaski. Mrs. Jackson was a multi-faceted artist, whose talents included watercolors,etching, quilting, pottery,greeting cards, and even arranging flowers. Joy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her two daughters Cindy (Thomas) Lempp and Erin Tyree, one son Glen (Deb) Jackson, four grandsons Clayton and Dylan Lempp, Luke and Alex Jackson, four granddaughters Lauren and Kara Tyree, Maggie and Brooke Jackson.
