Joey is survived by his Fiancé: Tamara Reedy; children: Colby Pufahl, McKenzie Fortner, Carmen Pufahl, and expected baby girl in August; father: Joseph William Pufahl, Sr.; brother: Scottie Pufahl; sister: Stephanie Pufahl and grandparents. Joey is preceded in death by his mother Deborah Matthews.
