John Morgan Rice

John Morgan Rice of Columbia, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Mr. Rice was born on June 23, 1940 to the late Israel and Laura Peake Rice in Union, South Carolina. He was known as “Pops” to all the family and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Survivors of Mr. Rice include his wife, Gloria Rice; children, Danny, Michelle-Lael, Rose, Tara, and Melody; Grandchildren, Amber, Ashleigh, Danny Jr., Kevin, Matthew, Andy, Mason, Danielle, Makenzie, Madison, Chloe, Luciano, Vincenzio, Domenico, Devon, Riley, Charleigh, Johneigh, Kenadeigh, Logan, Nathan, Colton, and Kaden; Brother, Marion; Brothers -in- law, Randy Coon and Family, and David Coon and Family; Sons- in- law, Paul, Jim, Bob, Adam, and Eric; Sister-in- law, Nissa; and Mother - in- law, Betty; Nieces, Rita and Laura.

The family will visit with friends on Sunday, May 29, 2016 from 11:00 to 1:00 at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM in the chapel.
