John Sherman Gamble, age 67, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, passed away at his residence on Friday, October 31, 2014.
John was born on April 23, 1947 in Point Peninsula, New York to the late Harold Gamble and the late Irma Paige Gamble. He was happily married to Andrea Parker Gamble whom he wed on September 24, 1983.
He was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and served as an elder in the Lawrenceburg Congregation. He was an over the road tractor trailer driver for many years.
Mr. Gamble is survived by his wife: Andrea Gamble of Lawrenceburg; children: Heather Gibbs of North Carolina and Micah-John Gamble of North Carolina; grandson: Travis John Stockman; siblings: Marcia (James) Barnhart and Harold (Elaine) Gamble; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
