Jerry W. Baker

Jerry Baker, age 59, resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, December 1, at his residence.
A memorial service for Mr. Baker will be conducted Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Josh Baker and Bill McDonald officiating.
The family will visit with friends from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
He was a native of the Anderson Bend Community in Hickman County, the son of the late Fred Houser Baker and Lillian Louise Martin Baker. Jerry was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and was retired. He was a member of the Anderson Bend Church of Christ in Hickman County.
Survivors include his son: Joshua Hughes Baker of Memphis; one brother: Fred Fay Baker of Duck River and one sister: Wanda Ernie Mobley of Duck River; one nephew: Douglas Baker of Duck River and three nieces: Mary Patton of Duck River, Kimberly Baker of Murfreesboro and Renee Bishop of Duck River. He is also survived by Nancy McBee of Lewisburg.
