Janice B. Park

Janice B. Park, age 71, a resident of Columbia, TN passed away Saturday in her home.
Janice was born on November 16, 1941 to the late Roy and Sara Briggs in Lynnville, TN.

Janice has spent her life taking care of her beloved family of which she was the most grateful for. She loved outdoor activities especially gardening and fishing. She spent a great deal of time in the kitchen preparing food for her family, she loved to cook. Her family remembers many things about her but most of all what a loving mother and grandmother she was.

Services for Janice will be held Tuesday at 2:30 in the afternoon at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends beginning at 12:30 till service time. Bro. Curtis Dowdy and Bro. Carl May will be officiating the service.

Pallbearers for Ms. Park will be Tommy and Randy Ray, Paul Wells, Wayne Pettus, Dwight and Dwayne Briggs.

Janice is survived by her husband Thomas Park of Columbia, TN. One Son: Tim Park of Columbia, TN; Two grandchildren: Trevor and Rachel Park also of Columbia; Two sisters: Frances Briggs of Lynnville, Marietta Hobbs of Lewisburg; One brother: Ross (Benetta) Briggs of Lynnville, TN. She was preceded in death by one sister Sarah Elizabeth Ray.
