Janice Annette Nolan

Mrs. Janice Annette Whitby Nolan, 61, a resident of Louisville, Kentucky and former resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed from this life on Saturday August 19, 2006 at Hospice of Louisville.
Funeral services for Mrs. Nolan will be conducted Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Reverend William Judd officiating. Entombment will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Luther and Pearl Taylor Whitby and the wife of Dr. Allen W. Nolan of Louisville, Kentucky. She was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. Mrs. Nolan worked for Wal-Mart many years and member of the Lake Dreamland Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Teresa James Grimes of Louisville, KY, Sandy Nolan Carr of Summertown, TN, Robert Dannyell Nolan , Melissa Nolan both of Louisville, KY and Dorey Nolan of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Jessica Grimes, Bayley Nolan and Andy Nolan all of Louisville, KY, Nina and Jeff Carr both of Summertown, TN; sisters, Brenda Bobby Head, Debbie Shepherd and Wilma Armstrong all of Lawrenceburg, TN, Doris Ted Konig of Summertown, TN, Barbara James Ivey of Clarksville, TN and Donna Jerry Watkins of Lewisburg, TN; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Howard Lemay, Betsy Tommy Isbell both of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Irene Cecil Warren of Columbia, TN, Evelyn Craig of Louisville, KY; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Faye Whitby Bell and a brother, James Whitby.
Pallbearers will be Robert Butch Nolan, James Grimes, Tommy Isbell, Bobby Wallace, Tyrone Korp and Mike Howell.
