James Germann

James Germann passed away on February 14, 2025. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, and spent his life pursuing his passion for the open road as a dedicated truck driver.

James is survived by his wife, Brenda Germann, his daughter Kayla Hall of Culleoka, TN, and his sons Michael Germann and Levi Hill; his grandchildren, Ella, Frankie, Gipsy, Emery Hall, Logan Hill. He also leaves behind his brother, Lewis Germann, and many dear friends.

James had a deep love for his dogs—Dakota, Pepper, River, and Boots—who were always by his side. He found joy in playing pool with friends, sharing laughter and camaraderie over the game he enjoyed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Ray and Opal Fawns Germann, a son Jimmy Germann, his sister Debbie Peterson, and his stepfather, Charles Sinkus.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee on Thursday, February 20, 2025. 

James will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, love for his family, and the many miles of memories he created along the way.
