James C. Sharpe

Mr. James C. Sharpe, 65, a resident of Enterprise Road in Mt. Pleasant, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2006 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral service for Mr. Sharpe will be conducted Friday at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Randy McNeece and Mark Mayes officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of the late Clyde and Lucy Attkisson Sharpe and husband of Catherine Bailey Sharpe. He was a retired die operator with Menasha Corporation.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Dewayne Sharpe of Mt. Pleasant; a daughter, Melissa Sharpe of Mt. Pleasant; two grandchildren, Kendal Sharpe and Cody Sharpe, both of Mt. Pleasant; a brother, Harold Susan Sharpe of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Ruth Scott of Mt. Pleasant. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Sharpe and a sister, Lola Beckum.
Pallbearers will be R.L. Cummins, Jerry McNeece, Larry McNeece, Jimmy Attkisson, Dale Yates, Mark Waldrop, Charles Dale and Glenn Robinson. Honorary pallbearer is Calvin Hodge.
Memorials may be made to the Spencer Hill Church of Christ, Enterprise Rd., Mt. Pleasant, TN 38474
