Jack Thomas Hedrick, Jr.

Jack Thomas Hedrick, Jr., age 56, resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Sunday, May 6, at his residence.

Jack was born September 14, 1955 in Maury County, the son of the late Jack Hedrick, Sr., and Leona Cromwell Hedrick. Jack was an inside sales person for Advance Auto Parts and very seldom ever had to look up a part number. His family said that he very often could tell a customer what was wrong with their car. He was an avid outdoorsman and spent many hours hunting. Jack enjoyed music and played the drums in the band, Film At Eleven.

Survivors include his brothers and sister, Jans Patsy Hedrick of Columbia, Tommy Linda Hedrick of Mt. Pleasant, Ronnie Hedrick of Lewisburg and Joe Patsy Hedrick of Columbia, and Grace Bud Thomas of Hartsville, along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Hedrick.

The Hedrick family will visit with friends on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. A Celebration of Jack's life will be conducted at a later date at the Mt. Pleasant Community Center.
