Jack Collins

Mr. Jack Collins, age, 78, a resident of Mack Benderman Road in Culleoka passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007, at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Collins will be conducted Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Rev. William Owens officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens.
The family will visit with friends Monday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of the late Pete and Susie Adams Collins and the widower of Lois Marie Frost Collins. Mr. Collins was a construction worker and was of Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his children: Patricia Luttrell and Cynthia Michael Wiseman both of Culleoka, TN, Donald Patty Collins of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Billy Patty Collins of Culleoka, TN, Glenn Debbie Collins of Buffalo, W. VA, Jackie Connie Collins and Mike Brenda Collins both of Mt. Pleasant, TN; two sisters: Susie Mosley of Mt. Pleasant, TN and Elizabeth Powers of Athens, AL; one brother: Pete Collins of Culleoka; twenty one grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son: Jimmy Collins; a Daughter: Diane Estis; grandson: Donald Collins, Jr.; one brother: Buddy Collins; three sisters: Nettie Bolton, Annie Mae Brown and Estelle Bolton.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Grooms, Arnold Grooms, Danny Grooms, Roy Wayne Grooms, Tony Grooms and Timmy Owens.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Thomas Farmer, Dr. Gold Smith, NHC Pulaski Health Care, Nursing Staff at ICU 2nd West, Riley McWilliams Ebb Laws and a special niece: Dorothy Pierce.
