Mr. Huey R. Kelly, 70, a resident of Denise Drive in Columbia, died Friday, December 16, 2005 at NHC/Hillview.
Funeral services for Mr. Kelly will be conducted Monday, December 19, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rick Points officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens with military honors being provided by the Tennessee National Guard. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4:00 until
9:00 pm and Sunday from 3:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of the late Joe Brunner and Fannie McClure Kelly and the husband of Jean Crumley Adams Kelly. He was retired from Columbia Specialties as a compressor repairman and worked for Coca-Cola as a salesman for 10 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a step-son, Donnie Freeman Crumley of Salisbury, NC; two sisters, Ruby Cowherd of Columbia and Jewell Marie Dawson of Birmingham, AL. He was preceded in death by a step-son, Hank Adams, a sister, Mattie Lean Potts, four brothers, William Frazer Kelly, Herman Eugene Kelly, Robert Howard Kelly and Carl Hugh Kelly.
Pallbearers will be Chris Crumley, Danny Oliver, Marvin Brady, Ronnie Kelly, Ronnie Dale Kelly, Jimmy Bryant and Tim Gregory.
