Hilda Osborn Randolph

July 31, 1925 — March 22, 2004

Mrs. Hilda Marie Osborn Randolph, 78, wife of Vollie W. Randolph and a resident of Lookout Drive in Columbia, died Monday, March 22, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital.

Funeral services for Mrs. Randolph will be conducted Thursday, March 25, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Pastor Carl Crawford officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The Iuka, Mississippi native was the daughter of the late Bill and Jewell Kirk Osborn. She was retired as a supervisor in the Executive Dining Room for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. She was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church. She was a Sunday School teacher for many years in the College and Career Class at the Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Michigan.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Peggy Richard B. Zielinski of Spring Hill, TN; two grandchildren, Craig Michelle Zielinski of West Jefferson, NC and Amanda Kirk Underwood of Columbia, TN; two great grandchildren, Emma Zielinski of West Jefferson, NC and Madelyn Underwood of Columbia, TN; a sister, Flora Holmes of Minnesota; a sister-in-law, Dean Osborn of Lincoln Park, MI; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, William B. Osborn.

Pallbearers will be Richard Zielinski, Craig Zielinski, Kirk Underwood, Al Laforet, Ernest Caldwell, and Frank Hetrick. Honorary pallbearers will be the doctors and nurses of the 3rd floor at Maury Regional Hospital, her church family at Grace Missionary Baptist church, Dr. Gibran Naddy, and Faye Hartsfield.
