Henry Edward Phillips, Jr.

Mr. Henry Edward Phillips, Jr., 60, a resident of Deerfield Drive in Columbia, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Phillips will be conducted Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Father Jim Henning and H. Edward Phillips, III officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Memorial Park in Spring Hill. The family will visit with friends Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 12:30 until 1:00 pm service time.
Born in Harriman, TN, he was the son of the late Henry Edward and Maycel Patterson Phillips, Sr. and the husband of Lena Raulli Phillips. Mr. Phillips was a retired from Saturn and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lisa Phillips Michael Marro of Nashville; a son, H. Edward Janna Phillips, III of Wake Forrest, NC; two grandchildren, Edward Alexander Phillips of Wake Forrest, NC and James Nicholas Marro of Nashville; two brothers, Leevon Phillips of Medford, NY and Oscar Phillips of Flint, MI; two sisters, Edith Cruse of Florida and Lavada Farr of Rockwood, TN. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Arnold, Charles Roy, Arvin and Calvin Phillips and two half-sisters.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, One Vantage Way, Suite C-250, Nashville, TN 37228.
