Heatherly Love King Beckum, age 43, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, at her residence.
Heather was born July 10, 1973 in Columbia, TN, the daughter of Melissa Hutcheson and Bobby (Libby) King. She was retired as a retail associate and was of the Baptist faith. She was the wife of Christopher Beckum of Mt. Pleasant.
Survivors in addition to her husband and parents include one son, Quinton Eastep of Nashville and one step-son, Christian Beckum of Mt. Pleasant; brother, Chance King of Lawrenceburg; sisters, Michelle (Billy) Mather of Lawrenceburg and Sandra (Ted) Guillaumin of Louisiana; nieces, Millie McKennon and Macy McKennon, both of Lawrenceburg; her best friends: Misty Kelley and Beth Bryant Perez: grandmother, Millie Hutcheson of Mt. Pleasant along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews as well as her beloved pet, Bebbette. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Jimmy Hutcheson and Robert Earl King and grandmother, Mary Anna King.
Graveside services for Heather will be conducted Sunday, November 20, at 2:00 P.M. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Jacob Evans officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 12:00 Noon until service time at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Maury County Animal Shelter, 1233 Mapleash Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401.
