Hazel Reena London, infant daughter of Letheteus Fennessee and Amber London, of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, March 21, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Graveside services for Hazel will be conducted Thursday March 24, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Polk Memorial Gardens-Babyland. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia will be in charge of the arrangements.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandmother, Stephanie White and paternal grandmother, Melissa Fennessee both of Mt. Pleasant, TN; maternal great-grandmother, Porterlene Dennis and paternal great-grandmother, Christine Duke both of Mt. Pleasant, TN; several aunts and uncles.
