Hattie Pearl Bradford Capley

August 25, 1915 — November 10, 2002

Mrs. Hattie Pearl Bradford Capley, 87, a resident of Knobb Creek Road in Columbia and wife of the late M.G. 'Morris" Capley died Sunday at her residence.

Services for Mrs. Capley will be conducted Tuesday, November 12, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Rev. Harvell Stockard officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 to 9 PM at the funeral home.

She was born in Williamson County, daughter of the late Alex and Melidia Fox Beard Bradford. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fly Nazarene Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Wilma Jean Capley Jenkins of Nashville and Shirley Ann Capley of Columbia; two grandsons, Steve Jenkins of Nashville and John Jenkins of Memphis; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 3 sisters and several half-brothers and half-sisters.
Active pallbearers will be Steve Jenkins, John Jenkins, A.V. Barnhill, Glen Elmer Barnhill, Joe Hendley, Bruce Hickerson and Randy Walters.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Fly Nazarene Church, friends and neighbors of Knobb Creek and Hamlet Kinzer.
