Hattie Marie England

June 22, 1930 — February 1, 2005

Ms. Hattie Marie England, 74, formerly of School Street in Columbia and a resident of Rose Hill Road in Pulaski, died Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at NHC/ Columbia Health Care.

Graveside services for Ms. England will be conducted Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Polk Memorial Gardens with Reverend Steve Robertson officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 10:30 a. m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.

The Mt. Pleasant native was the daughter of the late Tom and Adell Durham England. Ms. England was a retired nurse technician at Maury Regional Hospital and was a former machine operator at Weather Tamer . She loved crocheting and her pets, and attended the First Church of the Nazarene.


She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy ?Dot? William Hendrix of Spring Hill, TN and Kathy Jim Kightlinger of Pulaski, TN; two sons, Ronnie Wayne Davis of California and Mike Jones of Lewisburg, TN; two sisters, Mildred L.V. Short and Ines Jack Dugger both of Columbia, TN; three granddaughters, Doris mark Holt of Pulaski, TN, Patricia Adams of Columbia, TN and Rachel Kightlinger of Pulaski, TN; four great-grandchildren and two nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Jones and a brother Tommy England, Jr.
