Harry Frank Askey, age 73, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Harry was born September 21, 1940 in Trenton, NJ to the late Charlie Carter and Josephine “Saia” Askey. Harry owned and operated his own auto body shop for most of his life. He lived his dream, and will be missed by all those that knew and loved him.
Harry is survived by his: daughters: Kellee (Keith) Bryant and Jill (Ted) Carlisi; son: Charlie Carter (Kathy) Askey; grandchildren: Kenneth, Bradley, and Kaitlyn Bryant; sisters: Josephine Brown and Ena Finkle; and brother: Sonny (Patricia) Askey. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, E. Jane Askey
There will be a memorial Service Monday, May 19, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. The family will receive friends at 3:00 p.m. one hour prior to the service. Officiating will be Bro. Joey Scruggs.
Memorials may be made to Charity of Choice in Harry Askey’s name.
