Gloria A. Polanco, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at Maury Regional Medical Center
Gloria was born in Dominican Republic on September 22, 1927 to the late Jesus Maria Then and Maria Emelia Bueno. She was the wife of the late Herminio Polanco. She was a homemaker and was of Catholic faith.
Survivors include her daughters, Hilda Polanco, Isabel Santiago and Gloria C. Polanco all of Columbia, TN, Rosa Gomez of Carterett, N.J. and Dulce Paniagua of Bronx, N.Y.; sons, Orlando Polanco of Columbia, TN , Hector Polanco and Ruben Polanco both of Dominican Republic; her sisters, Grecil Bueno of Bronx, N.Y. and Matilde Bueno of Brooklyn, N.Y.
Services will conducted at a later date. Burial will be in the Santo Domingo, Christo Redentor Cemetery in the Dominican Republic.
Visitation will be Saturday December 10th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Sunday Dec. 11th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
