Gerard L. St. Jacques

Gerard L. St. Jacques, 86, passed away on January 17, 2021, at St. Vincent Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. He was born on December 12, 1934, to parents Emil and Irene St. Jacques in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Gerard was a design engineer, a gifted woodworker as well as a talented cabinet maker. He thoroughly enjoyed finding ways to make improvements around his home. When he wasn't working inside, he could often be found outside tending to his roses.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Polk Memorial Gardens in the Arbors, starting at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends and family at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. The United States Air Force will be providing Military Honors.

Gerard is preceded in death by his wife: Gigi St. Jacques; his parents: Irene and Emil St. Jacques.

He is survived by his daughters: Kim (Craig) Czerwinski of Port St. Lucie FL, Karen
(Jeffery) Hons of Coral Springs FL; sons: Kevin (Maura) St. Jacques of Seattle WA, Kurt (Teresa) St. Jacques of Columbia TN; sisters: Ann Thresher, Toni (Dick) Maynard; brothers: Hector (Elaine) St. Jacques, Bro. Daniel St. Jacques, Ronald (Janet) St.
Jacques; eight grandchildren Allison (James) Leach, Brett (Xela) Czerwinski, Kristyn Hons, Sierra Hons, Brandan Hons, Sophie St.Jacques, Justin St. Jacques, Victoria St. Jacques, and one great-grandchild Elliana Leach.

As Gerard always said….."It's not Good-Bye, It's see you later."
