Georgia Conner Moore

Mrs. Georgia Adell Conner Moore, 87, widow of Charles Moore, a resident of Moore Road in Summertown, and formerly of the Hampshire Community died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at NHC/Hillview.
Funeral services for Mrs. Moore will be conducted Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Rick Points officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Monday and Tuesday from 5 :00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Hickman native was the daughter of the late Elton and Bessie Cates Conner. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty Joe Scott of Indianapolis, IN and Joyce Fain Earl Reese of Summertown, TN; two sons, James Deborah Black of Pulaski, TN and Thomas Marjean Black of Burkesville, KY; a brother George Norma Jean Conner of Mt. Pleasant, TN and a sister, Gladys Thompson of Columbia, TN; thirteen grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren ; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Spears and Dorothy Jean Black; two brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers will be David Harwell, Danny Conner, Willie Brown, Raymond Conner, Jerry Leo Conner, Doug Cathey, Ernest Faulkner, Larry McNabb and Matthew Bennett.
