George Mcneal

Mr. George McNeal, 75, a resident of Crawley Hill Road in Mt. Pleasant, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2006 at Maury Regional Hospital.

Funeral services for Mr. McNeal will be conducted 3:30 pm Sunday, July 30, 2006 at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Dalton Cole officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 3:00 until 9:00 pm at the funeral home.

The Maury County native was the son of the late Nealess and Hattie Odom McNeal. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Mt. Zion Church of Christ.

He is survived by three nieces, Martha Jeff Boshers, Bobbie Jerry Hutcheson and Lou Ann Jerry Brauer, all of Mt. Pleasant; nephew, John Patricia McNeal of Mt. Pleasant; sister-in-law, Bonnie McNeal of Mt. Pleasant; great-great nieces, Ashley Colvett, Anna Colvett, Shelby McNeal and Olviah Boshers, all of Mt. Pleasant; great nephews, Joshua McNeal of Columbia, Jeffery Boshers of Santa Fe, Jonathon Boshers, Corey Hutcheson, Cole Hutcheson, Steven Colvett; great-great grand nephews, John Stanton McNeal and Noah Boshers, all of Mt. Pleasant.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Burgett, Danny Burgett, Steven Colvett, Jeffery Boshers, Corey Hutcheson and Joshua McNeal. Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathon Boshers and Cole Hutcheson.
