George Franklin Baker

Mr. George Franklin Baker, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

George was born on June 7, 1929 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was a sales representative for Lipton Tea. He was of the Methodist faith. He served honorably in the United States Air Force. He was am avid Alabama Crimson Tide Fan.

Mr. Baker is survived by his children: Dona Sabet White of Pensacola, Florida, Wyatt B. Baker of Florida, Guy (Vicky) Baker of Florida and Brion (Byron) Baker of Alabama; and his special friend: Jackie Burch of Lawrenceburg; grandchildren: April Baker, Branden Chavers, Christie White, Jake White, Mitchell Baker and Blake Baker; and great-gandchildren: Brantly, Mekenzi, Kadence and Cayleigh. He was preceded in death by his mother: Ina West and father: William Baker.

The family will celebrate George’s life at a later date in Pensacola, Florida.
