Mrs. Geneva G. Hay, age 62, a resident of Chestnut Ridge Road in Santa Fe, passed away on Sunday, July 15 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hay will be conducted Tuesday, July 17 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Monte McCandless and Sister Inez Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Hilltown Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Jessie and Katherine Shouse Warren and wife of Clyde Hay. She was a secretary for WeatherTamer and a member of the Hilltown Emanuel Pentecostal Church and recently attended Faith Pentecostal Church in Columbia
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Gayle Dennis Alexander of Santa Fe; a son, Roger Susie Hay of Santa Fe; a brother, Larry Marion Warren of Santa Fe; a sister, Martha White of Santa Fe; grandchildren, Tommy Joe Moles, Devin Alexander and Dakota Hay, all of Santa Fe; special Wanda Pigg of Santa Fe. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Jessie Benjamin Warren, Douglas Warren, Bonnie Warren and Darlene Warren.
Pallbearers will be Byron White, Timmy White, Jim Dodson, Ray Jones, Lee Jennette, Dale Pigg, Howard Foster and R.M. McKenzie. Honorary pallbearers will be Troy Parks, Perry Johnson, members of the Emanuel Pentecostal Church, Faith Pentecostal Church, the doctors and nurses on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Maury Regional Hospital.
