Mr. Gary Jay King, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Gary was a "rocker" and an avid musician who was born to the late Jesse P. King and the late Carolyn Ann Gibbs Hogue on January 5, 1957 in Baton Rouge, LA. He grew up with three brothers who survive him: Terry (Karen) King, Mark King and Carey (Lori) King. In addition to his brothers, he is survived by three neices: Brittany, Hannah and Laura; and two grand-neices: Aliyah and Adalyn.
A graveside service will be held in Gilliam Springs Cemetery in Arab, AL at a later date.
