Freddie Kirk Warren, (aka Mr. Terrible) age 80, of Hohenwald, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Freddie was born May 20, 1938, in Hohenwald, the son of the late Roscoe H. Warren and Hettie Irene Mitchell Warren. Upon graduating in 1956 from Lewis County High School, Freddie joined the United States Air Force. He was the husband of Edna Juanita Shipes Warren, who preceded him in death in 2016, and they had enjoyed 50 plus years together. He spent his working career with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Group in West Palm Beach, FL. Freddie enjoyed working on whatever project that Juanita had for him. One of his favorite pastimes was riding his lawn mower. Freddie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hohenwald.
Survivors include two sons, Kirk (Cyndi) Warren and Joel (Shari) Warren, both of Chattanooga; one brother, Terry (Beverly) Warren of Brentwood; grandchildren, Alison Converse-Tackett, Kyle Warren, Mike Wilson, Jessica Stewart, Kati Stewart, and Daniel Stewart; great-grandchildren, Carolyn Rose Converse-Tackett, Aubree Wilson and Carson Warren. He was preceded in death by sister; Willadean Warren Green.
Graveside services for Freddie will be conducted on Friday, January 25, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Savannah, GA with Bro. Mike Nolen officiating. Full military honors provided by the United States Air Force. The family will visit with friends after 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 25, at the Fox and Weeks Funeral Home in Savannah, GA.
