Frances was born to the late Dominic Vaticano and Carmela Conte on March 23, 1934 in New York City, New York. Frances loved her family and spent a great deal of time simply raising them. She was plan spoken according to her family she was just how she was.

Frances is survived by her loving husband of many years Richard Warren of Columbia; Her two daughters: Susan Miller and Paula Wheeler both of Columbia; One son: Mark Warren.
