Frances Davis Stutts was born March 25, 1926 in Hampshire, the daughter of the late Lon S. Davis and Ruth Baker Davis. She was the loving wife of Alfred Nelson Stutts.
Frances loved her four daughters and devoted her life to them. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens as long as her health allowed and her daughters shared that she absolutely hated snakes! Frances' little dog, Precious was her constant companion. Frances and Alfred were long time members of Central Christian Church.

Hubbell; her granddaughters, Lindsey Parker, Amanda Coyle and Julie Anne Hubbell along with her three great-grandchildren, Jasmine Webster, Jordan Buell and Wesley Nelson Buell. Along with her family, Frances will be sorely missed by Precious as well.
