Everett L. "Mickey" Allen
Mr. Everett L. ''Mickey'' Allen, 67, a former resident of Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, July 21, 2005 at his home in Okinawa, Japan.
Funeral services for Mr. Allen will be conducted at a later time in Honolulu, Hawaii with burial at the Memorial Cemetery in Hawaii, next to his son, late LCPL Frank C. Allen
Born in Maury County, he was the husband of Yosiko Allen of Okinawa, son of the late E.L. and Gladys Allen, grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Allen and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Johnson. He was a retired sergeant with the US Army and made his home in Okinawa after his retirement.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Gina Allen of Okinawa; two grandchildren, Frank Allen and Frankie Allen, both of Okinawa; an aunt, Joy A. Brown of Columbia. He was preceded in death by a sister, Faith Allen
