Eunice Harden Plummer

Mrs. Eunice Harden Plummer, 92, a resident of Walnut Street in Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, October 24, 2002 at Hidden Acres Nursing Home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Plummer will be conducted Monday, October 28, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Reverend Phillip Wright officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
The Texas native was the daughter of the late James W. and Maude Lothrop Harden. She was the widow of Robert F. Plummer, Sr. who died in 1974. She retired from Maury Regional Hospital as a EKG technician and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Pleasant.
She is survived by daughter, Lana P. David Workman of Mt. Pleasant; a son, William V. Witsey Plummer of Rogersville, AL; a daughter-in-law, Hilda H. Plummer of Tullahoma; eight grandchildren, Martin F. Stephanie Plummer of Uniontown, OH, Paul C. Plummer of Tullahoma, Lisa P. Ross Erickson of Ogden, UT, Rick V. Plummer of Columbia, W. Hayden Alisha Plummer of Lexington, AL, Chad H. Smalley of Mt. Pleasant, Cam H. Smalley of Murfreesboro, Cara S. Roger Gilliam of Mt. Pleasant; one step grandson, D. Bryant Kimberly Workman of Mt. Pleasant; one step granddaughter, Amanda W. Jon Roberts of Mt. Pleasant; eleven great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert F. Plummer, Jr., and three brothers, Cletus Harden, Roy Harden, and Grant Harden.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Buford Moss, C.J. Bassett, Brent Lovell, Douglas Workman, Harry Hargis, Lonnie Daniels, Bob Shackelford, James Hoil Walker, and Dr. James B. Kelley.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Pleasant General Fund, 202 South Main Street Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee 38474.
