Eunice Helen Cozart of Columbia passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Eunice was born on August 19, 1936 to the late Andrew and Ollie Mae McMahan in Summertown, Tennessee.
Eunice was known as a hard worker and a lady who loved her family and never met a stranger anywhere she went. She worked over the past several years at Dixie Maid Grill, Maury Manufacturing, and Columbia Bowling Alley. Mrs. Cozart was also a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Worley Cemetery in Cross Bridges. Bro. Frank Manning will be officiating. Pallbearers will be the grandsons of Mrs. Cozart.
Eunice is survived by daughters, Lisa Fralix of Columbia, and Debra (Tony) Manning of Columbia; Sons, Donnie Cozart of Nashville, and Allen (Trina) Cozart of Columbia; Brother, Richard Lemay of Knoxville; Grandchildren, Danny Wayne Fralix, Christopher Fralix, Jacob Cozart, Brittany Cozart, Ashley Cozart, Gail Manning, Jeremy Beard, Tony Manning Jr., Cameron Cozart, Carlee Cozart, and Hailee Cozart ; seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Cozart Sr., Brothers, Andrew and Bobby McMahan and sister, Gene Gilliam.
