Emmer Elizabeth Porter Stills

Mrs. Emmer Elizabeth Porter Stills, 91, formerly of Hampshire and a resident of Williamson Drive in Columbia, died Saturday, June 4, 2005 at Columbia Care and Rehabilitation Center in Columbia.
Funeral services for Mrs. Stills will be conducted Monday, June 6, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Steve Swango and Rev. Nate Alton officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 3:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Born in Lewis County, she was the daughter of the late Curtise F. and Ada Pope Porter and wife of the late Roy Wiley Stills, Sr., who preceded her in death in 1987. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Free Will Baptist church.
She is survived by a son James Walter Donna Stills of Columbia; two daughters, Anne Bob Murrell of Columbia and Hazel Brewer of Hohenwald; six grandchildren, Lawrence Stills of Columbia, Jeff Kim Dockery of Alabama, Kim Dockery Peter Powell of Franklin, Raymond Freeman of Columbia, Michael Reynolds of Hohenwald and Wiley Stills of Hampshire; seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Roy Wiley Stills, Jr.; a grandson, Roger Reynolds; a great grandson, Scottie Freeman and a brother, Jack Porter.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
