Mrs. Emily A. Casserilla, age 89, resident of Walnut Lane in Columbia, passed away Saturday, April 17, at NHC/Columbia.
The family has not scheduled a service at the present time.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born August 7, 1920 in Bellwood, IL, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Dorothy Enders Keller and the wife of the late Leroy Casserilla. She was a homemaker and a member of Maple Lawn Christian Church.
Survivors include her sons: Terry Kay Casserilla of Columbia and Randy Lynne Casserilla of Homosassa, FL; grandchildren: Danny Casserilla, Sheree Casserilla, both of Lewisburg, Terri McDowell of Spring Hill, Toni Smith of Lynnville, Brian Casserilla of Ft. Worth, TX, Caryn Boeschen of Jefferson City, MO, Mark Casserilla, Matthew Casserilla and Jonathan Casserilla, all of Joliet, IL; 7 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son: Larry Casserilla.
