Eileen Combs Cross

Mrs. Eileen Combs Cross, age 88, a resident of Hays Drive in Columbia, passed away Tuesday March 20 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Cross in Columbia will be conducted Thursday at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Darryl Martin officiating. The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 3:00 ? 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
In Sebring, FL, funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Wilmont McCreary officiating. Entombment will follow in the Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will visit with friends Monday from 1:00 PM until service time.
Born in Bradford, PA, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Lena A. Heald Frost Combs and the wife of James Cross. She was married to the late Otis W. Combs of Bradford, PA for 61 years. She was a nurses aid for 21 years in Bradford, PA, a homemaker and past matron of the Eastern Star in Limestone, NY. She attended the New Life Church in Columbia and was a member of the First Assembly of God in Sebring, FL.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Otis Calvin Combs of Crossville, TN and Jerry Keith Combs of Columbia; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
