Mr. Edward Louis ?Lou? Turner Jr., a resident of Mooresville Pike in Columbia, passed away on May 9, 2009 at the Veterans Hospital in Nashville.
A graveside memorial service for Mr. Turner will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Sedgwick Cemetery in Sedgwick, CO.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born September 20, 1940 in Julesburg, CO, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Betty Land Turner. He was a transport driver for Amtrak, a pilot and a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.
He is survived by his sister: Karen Turner of Culleoka; brothers: Lawrence Turner of Yuma, AZ and Raymond Turner of Wendell, ID; several nieces and nephews.
