Edward "Eddie" Dewayne Harlow, age 63, passed away on Halloween night, October 31, 2024, in Columbia, Tennessee. Born on April 8, 1961, Eddie was a proud Columbia native, the cherished son of Carl Harlow and Annie Mae Cummins. He is survived by his beloved son, Drew Harlow; his sister, Kim (Tim) Kennedy; and many adoring nieces and nephews. Known affectionately as "Uncle Nutt" by all who loved him, Eddie was a beacon of joy and humor, bringing laughter and positivity to those around him, no matter the challenges he faced.

Eddie’s passion for movies, especially horror films, made him an unforgettable presence among fellow film enthusiasts. A dedicated fan of Friday the 13th, he spent years collecting memorabilia, sharing his enthusiasm through fan groups, and celebrating all things spooky and thrilling. His love for horror was as enduring as his loyalty to his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Eddie’s warmth, humor, and infectious joy left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His memory will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and all who shared in his laughter, his fandoms, and his love for life.

In addition to his parents, Eddie is preceded in death by his brother, Charlie Harlow, and his grandparents, Ellis and Myrtie Cummins.
