Edward "Eddie" Roberts Thomason

Edward “Eddie” Roberts Thomason, age 60, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at his residence.

Eddie was born on May 4, 1958, in Columbia, Tennessee, to Pete and Flora Mai Thompson. He worked as a light mechanic for Smith Brothers. He really loved to fish. In his earlier years, he had spent time working as a “carney”.

Eddie is survived by his siblings: David Thomason of Antioch, Mary (Terrell) Barnes of Lawrenceburg, Robert (Cindy) Whitehead of Cottontown, Sheila King of Lewisburg; and Randy (Michelle) Whitehead of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Pete Thomason and Flora Mai Simmons Thomason.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with David Weatherford officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until service time at 4:00 p.m. Burial will follow at a later date.
