Born in Indiana, he was the son of the late Edgar C. and Elsie Kummer Leisure. He was a truck driver.
He is survived by a son, Eric Todd Leisure of Knoxville, TN.; two daughters, Detri Franks of Batesville, IN. and Andrea Virt of Greenfield, IN.; a sister, Carol Minton of Indiana.
