Dorothy Louise Edwards, age 70, a resident of the Mt. Pleasant community, passed away December 27, 2009, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday December 29, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Godwin-Chapel Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends on Tuesday December 29, 2009 from 10:00-12:30 p.m at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of the arrangements.
Born November 29, 1939, in Maury County, Mrs. Edwards was the daughter of the late Paul Arbuckle and Lorene Stoffle Arbuckle, and the wife of the late Elvis Paul Edwards. Mrs. Edwards was a homemaker and was of the Church Of Christ faith.
She is survived by two brothers: David Frances Arbuckle and Paul M. Arbuckle one sister: Judy Jimmy Hale, all of Columbia; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces; a special friend Wendell Hawks and a special friend and neighbor: Brenda Thompson.
Pallbearers will be Family and Friends of the family.
