Dorothy Louise Davis

Mrs. Dorothy Louise Beckenbach Scott Davis, age 81, a resident of Rainey Drive in Columbia, passed away on Friday, October 24, at Maury Regional Hospital.
Graveside services for Mrs. Davis will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery with Don Rose officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Thomas and Vera Alexander Beckenbach. She retired from Maury Regional Hospital Dietary Department and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her nieces: Merrellyn McCormick of Columbia, Vera Bobby Allen of Cross Bridges, Linda Tony Young of Columbia and Becky Lester Skelton of Hohenwald; nephews: Don Joyce Rose and Rickey Lisa Beckenbach, both of Columbia; several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews; special great great niece: Amanda Louise Lewis of Columbia. She was preceded in death by a sister: Carlyne Rose; brother: Tommy Joe Beckenbach; nephew: Jim Rose; niece: Christine Riddle.
Pallbearers will be Harold Richardson, Johnny Richardson, Harold Richardson Jr., Lester Skelton, Mike Simmons and Rickey Beckenbach.
