Mrs. Doris Warren Lewis, 76, a resident of Bestview Drive in Columbia, died Friday, April 18, 2003 at Life Care Center.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lewis will be conducted Sunday, April 20, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. at the Northside Baptist Church with Reverend John Rushing officiating. Burial will be in the Santa Fe Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home and after 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the church.

The Santa Fe native was the daughter of the late Walker and Eva Culberson Warren. She was the wife of Cecil I. Lewis of Columbia. She was a retired factory seamstress and homemaker. She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church and the Herbert Griffin American Legion Post # 19 Auxiliary.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Sheila Bruce Hughart of Winter Haven, FL; a grandson, Keith Hughart of Winter Haven, FL; a sister, Naomi J.C. Kelley of Santa Fe, TN; three brothers, Arch Wanda Warren and Cecil Irene Warren both of Columbia, TN, and Roy Mary Lou Warren of Lewisburg, TN; five nieces, Debbie Larry Parker of Centerville, TN, Donna Thomas White, Stacey White, Libby Tim Luther, and Shelby Luther all of Santa Fe, TN; two nephews, Jimmy Lewis of Columbia, TN and Sean Luther of Santa Fe, TN. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Dennis Kelley.

Pallbearers will be John L. Culberson, Michael Beard, Tommy Culberson, Larry Parker, Thomas White, Jerry Lewis, Calvin Scott, and Jordon Shaw. Honorary pallbearers will be Olin and Eunice Wolfe, Frank and Lois Lindsey, Carter and Mary Frances South, Vance and Dot Potts, Carl and Margie Boshears, Thomas Hill, Barbara Stowers, Wanda Cates, Reba Dixon, Wanda Kelley, Linda Long, Lorene Haywood, , Lead On Class of Northside Baptist Church, staff of Core Physicians, staff of Life Care Center, and staff of Reba's Styling Salon.
