Dora Lebaron Mecomber

Mrs. Dora Jean ?Cookie? Mecomber , 69, a resident of the Glendale Community, died Sunday, November 28, 2004 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Funeral services for Mrs. Mecomber will be conducted Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Pastor Mark Ousley officiating. Burial will be in the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Breckenridge, Michigan. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:30 until service time at the funeral home.
The Alma, Michigan native was the daughter of the late Dewey and Nora Mockridge LeBaron. She was the wife of Robert Dean Mecomber, Sr. Mrs. Mecomber was a homemaker and a member of the Blue Springs Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Robin John McLaughlin of Columbia, TN; two sons, Robert Dean Mecomber, Jr. of Breckenridge, MI and Matthew Scott Mecomber of Huntsville, AL; two sisters, Gladys Stan Prahin and Linda Palmer both of Michigan; a brother, Franklin Dewey Le Baron of AZ; two half-sisters of Michigan; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
