Dollie Mae Currie Boshears

Mrs. Dollie Mae Currie Boshears, 82, formerly of Columbia and a resident of 5th Avenue in Lawrenceburg, died Monday, November 10, 2003 at Crockett Hospital.

Funeral services for Mrs. Boshears will be conducted Thursday, November 13, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Reverend Joel Daniel officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was the daughter of the late James and Palestine Stephenson Currie and widow of Kenneth Allen Boshears. She was a retired co-owner and secretary of Boshears Welding in Columbia and member of the Grace Nazarene Church in Lawrenceburg.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Troy Carvell of Lawrenceburg, TN; three grandchildren, Missy Chuck Hunter of Murfreesboro, TN, Scott Dana Carvell and Sloan Brooke Carvell both of Lawrenceburg, TN; eight great grandchildren, Josh Taren Story, Justin Story, and Chad Hunter all of Murfreesboro, TN, Jessica Carvell, Jacob Carvell, Jordan Carvell, Jase Carvell, and Lauren Carvell all of Lawrenceburg, TN; a great-great granddaughter, Abbiney Story of Murfreesboro, TN. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Inez Morris and Era Gibson; three brothers, Pete Currie, William Currie, and Bud Currie.

Pallbearers will be Hershel Currie, David Beard, William Currie, Keith Currie, Bill Morris, Steve Morris, and Larry Thurston.
