Doise V. Allen

Mrs. Doise V. Allen, 70, a resident of Factory Creek Rd. in Ethridge, died Friday, July 4, 2003 at her residence.
Graveside services for Mrs. Allen will be conducted Monday, July 7 at 1:00 p.m. at Arlington Cemetery with Ricky Glass officiating.
Born in Giles County, she was the daughter of the late John Arlin and Irene Adams Vick and wife of the late Alton Eugene Allen, and a graduate of Campbellsville High School. She was a secretary for Kizer-Fraizer Auto and a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Kim Allen Ellis of Ethridge; two grandchildren, Sammie Jo Ellis and Lance Allen Ellis, both of Ethridge; two sisters, Sammie Barnes of Ypsilanti, Mich. and Lois Bob Lancore of Monroe, Mich.; a brother, Louis J. Barbara Vick of Summertown; Brother in law, Bill Evelyn Allen of Lawrenceburg and loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a stepsister, Della Kay Vick.
